Hirani Manthan is a brand that is developed by Mr. Dinesh Sawant under the Hirani Group. Its been successfully lead by Mr. Dinesh Sawant and Mr. Manish Morajkar, who believes that a strong & recognized brand is a key attributes since it increases customer confidence, shapes the ownership experience & influence the buying decision. We are planning to develop a whooping 6.5 lacs sq. ft. area.

Hirani Enterprise has been executed civil infrastructure project in many various government agency such as MCGM, MHADA, PWD, MIDC, MSRDC, MBMC, FCI and etc. it has completed more than Rs. 300 cr infrastructure project in last 5 year with average Rs. 50 Cr turnover annually in 2016-2017 Company has already bagged Rs 100 cr+ infrastructure project from various govt agency.

To construct an urban landscape which would mimic nature and introduce panorama from the natural world into the few spaces still left unoccupied. The trick was to recreate nature in all her resplendent glory. Following in the footsteps of the Lord and continuing the good work done by Him, Ace Landscaping & Designing was launched in Mumbai by its parent company, The Hirani Group, on the 10th of July 2011. As builders, the Hiranis had a wealth of experience having executed many landscaping projects along with their residential, commercial and infrastructure construction activity. So, it was but natural that they diversified into setting up a full-fledged company specialized in undertaking a whole array of Landscaping jobs.
